  Darla has been in Arnold Real Estate for over 20 years and Designated Broker for Action Realty since 1996. Her knowledge of the area is unsurpassed.   I obtained my sales license in 1990 and worked for a brokerage in Dorrington. After 2 years I received my brokers license and I bought the brokerage office. I owned my own company for 5 years. I then sold it and came to work for Action Realty.
  I enjoy the area I live in and enjoy finding the right home for each of my clients that I work with. This area offers a multitude of opportunities and it is very rewarding sellling property to new people who also enjoy our area. From water skiing to snow skiing, hiking to biking, spelunking to camping, there is something for all to enjoy. She moved back to California in 2005 after spending five years in Teton Valley, Idaho, and has enjoyed spending the past 30 years as a mom, a business partner in a security document shredding business, an Academic Dean at a small vocational college, an accounting and business teacher, and an Internal Auditor for the Treasury Department. Mary received a Bachelor's of Science in Business/Accounting from California State University at Fresno, and was born and raised in San Joaquin County.   My husband and I moved to Dorrington in 1978. We have enjoyed raising our children in the beautiful Sierra Mountains, being involved with all their school activities and sports.I was on the board with Ebbetts Pass Little League for 8+ years. I was the creator of the Adopt a Class program in 1989 and is still going strong to this day. We love the area with all it has to offer and my favorite thing to do is introduce people to the beauty and activities that are available throughout the year. Now that the children are grown, my husband and I have joined the Calaveras Humane Society and our spare time is dedicated to rescue and fostering kittens. I am also on the board of Calaveras Humane Society. I also volunteer at the Animal Services where I walk dogs and help with the caring of cats at the shelter.

  Criquette and her husband Mark discovered Arnold in 1990 and couldn't wait to own a vacation home here. With their love of the great outdoors and all that the area has to offer they jumped right in and purchased a vacation cabin in Dorrington. With Criquette working at Livermore Unified School District in Livermore CA., for the Assistant Superintendent approximately 7 months a year and Mark a Division Chief of the Fremont Fire Department in Fremont CA., they had many wonderful and long vacation stays in Dorrington. So wonderful that it became unbearable to leave and go back home. It became very apparent they had to live here full time. As the last of their 4 children was entering high school and the other 3 off to college they made the big move and purchased a full time home, did a major remodel and never looked back. Criquette loves building, remodeling, decorating, sewing and most of all meeting new people. It only seemed right to go into real estate where she could be with people, working honestly with them to find just the right piece of property, share building, remodeling and decorating ideals with them as well as being a highly efficient, knowledgeable and detail oriented realtor.
