Blue Lake Springs

Blue Lake Springs was first established in 1963 by developer Kenneth Demuse. The Association has a total of 2026 lots with more than 1800 homes and 35 miles of road. Blue Lake Springs’ main attraction is Snowflake Lodge, a 9,000 square foot, member exclusive clubhouse with a full service restaurant serving the finest food on the mountain. The restaurant is open Friday and Saturday nights to members only and reservations are recommended. Their summer recreation program operates from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Besides the two lakes, Lodge Lake and Fly-In Lake, there is a pool, tennis and basketball courts, playground, snack bar, shuffleboard courts amphitheatre, and campfire area among other great features to keep you entertained during the summer. Also, near by is Sequoia Woods Country Club. It is not part of the Home Owners’ Association. It is a private golf course, in the center of the Blue Lake Springs Subdivision. 209-795-2357
